Mike Woroch PRESIDENT
Mike was mentored and coached in the door and trim business, while developing skills and years of experience along the way. An Honors BA from WLU, along with 15+ years customer service experience, has positioned him well to lead the way forward for Elmira Door and Trim. He knows from experience that the best place to start is to listen carefully to customers' needs so he can help them choose the right product for the job.
Mike is well-known for his attention to detail and willingness to jump through hoops to get products where and when they are needed. |

Bob Woroch VICE-PRESIDENT
With over 40 years of in-depth experience in the construction industry, specializing on doors and trim, Bob is the best resource around when it comes to product knowledge. He's meticulous and precise and is known for his commitment to customers and their needs. Bob takes a lot of satisfaction in providing a high level of service that no one else in the industry can reach. Bob is committed to our industry, working alongside Mike and the team to build Elmira Door and Trim as the area's premier supplier.
In his free time, you'll find Bob on the golf course or relaxing at the cottage. |

Steve SALES
Steve is a hands-on sort of guy, who started his career in the industry as a delivery driver, getting to know clients on a personal basis. Sales was a natural progression – he understands clients' needs and is there to help with any questions or issues, directly on site. You will find Steve to be personable, detail-oriented, reliable and attentive.
Steve graduated from Forest Heights Collegiate with honours in business, then furthered his academics with a degree in Business administration from Conestoga College. He has grown up in the Waterloo region and is an active member of the community he loves. |

Michael SALES OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Michael brings over 20 years of experience in a broad range of customer service responsibilities, so he is well positioned to respond to the needs of Elmira Door and Trim customers. He understands that outstanding service makes all the difference when it comes to our customers achieving top notch results. He looks forward to hearing from you.
Michael is the proud father of two sons and a daughter. A life long fan of Philadelphia Eagles and New Jersey Devils, he is also an avid comic book collector and a tattoo enthusiast. |

Kevin INSIDE/OUTSIDE SALES
With over 20 years experience in the industry, including finish installation of doors, trim, windows and kitchens, Kevin knows the business from front to back. He likes to get deep into projects in order to facilitate the best possible outcome. He has a keen interest in all aspects of the building business, enabling him to help you find the very best door and trim solutions.
In his free time, Kevin likes to spend time on the ice with his son, And as a side gig, he works in the film/gaming industry as a sound engineer. |

Brian SHIPPING / RECEIVING
Brian brings 30+ years of industry experience with Home Depot, Rona Inc. and Lansing Buildall. Being recognized with the “Rona Builders of Excellence” Award is a testament to his management skills, dedication and hard work. Brian is energetic, thrives on challenges, and takes a common sense approach to problem solving – characteristics that set a high bar for his role in shipping and receiving. He believes in leading by example.
Brian's high energy continues outside of work, with a love of travel, hiking and marathon running, as well as volunteer training of service dogs for autistic children and war veterans. He is a very proud father of three awesome kids: Zak, Heather, and Jake. |

Jeremy DELIVERIES
With 10+ years industry experience, Jeremy offers a wide range of product knowledge and experience. His values align with Elmira Door and Trim and he has established himself as a loyal and trustworthy resource for his door and trim customers. Jeremy knows how small details can make a big difference: Did you know there is a proper direction for placing bundles of trim in order to help the carpenter efficiently and seamless start his prep?
Jeremy is an avid fan of horror movies, but as a creative and resourceful problem solver, he makes sure the horror stays confined to the screen. Jeremy truly values the long-term relationships he continues to build in our industry. |

Paul DELIVERIES
Paul brings over ten years of experience in customer service, which is a good thing because Elmira Door + Trim is all about top notch service. He understands that an efficient and easy delivery experience is what our customers expect – and it's his job to deliver!
When Paul isn't behind the wheel of his delivery truck, you may find him enjoying a game of slow pitch in the summer or at the bowling ally in the winter. When it comes to professional sports, he is a huge fan of the Blue Jays and the Maple Leafs. But when it comes to his real hero, it's Batman all the way! |

Brayden WAREHOUSE / DELIVERIES
Brayden started with Elmira Door and Trim as co-op placement and used this experience as an opportunity to develop skills in the field in which he plans to make his career. We are pleased that Brayden is continuing with us in the warehouse and doing deliveries.
In his free time, Brayden enjoys motorcycles, hockey and just having fun with friends. |

Jackson CO-OP STUDENT
Jackson has joined Elmira Door and Trim as co-op placement looks forward to applying his experience in our industry to his education and then career in construction.
In his spare time, Jackson enjoys playing guitar. His outdoor actives include riding dirt bikes and snowmobiles. |

Dakota CO-OP STUDENT
Dakota's co-op placement with Elmira Door and Trim will provide him with a wide range of valuable experience as he moves toward his goal of becoming a provincial park warden.
He enjoys backpacking and fishing and considers folk music the ideal soundtrack to whatever activities he is involved with. |
